Billy's Story
I started my first business when I was 25 years old.
Like most entrepreneurs, I learned by doing. I made mistakes, solved problems, and figured things out one challenge at a time.
Over the next 25 years, I had the opportunity to build, scale, and lead businesses across multiple industries. I experienced the pressure of making payroll, managing cash flow, hiring teams, negotiating with vendors, and making decisions without always having the information I needed.
Through those experiences, one lesson became clear.
Businesses don't fail because owners lack passion or effort. They struggle because they can't clearly see what's ahead.
That belief became the foundation of The Millington Group.
Today, I help business owners replace uncertainty with visibility by building financial systems that improve cash flow, strengthen decision-making, and create a more profitable path forward.
